Strong buy call for Blessed textile mills between the range of 75-85 rs , the reason for the larger range is less free float in the market.
Target Price above 100 Insha ALLAH.

at 127 rupees its trading at less than its net current assets per share of 149 rupees. break up value is 354 rupees
long term debt to equity is 20% . Expanding spinning capacity by 20%, will come online q2 2014.

They have the capacity to pay 15+ rupees divdiend with final results, whether they intend to share their cash, its their choice

both btl and fasm are closely owned companies, over 80% I think is owned by the controlling shareholders, therefore if they would have liquidity needs, they will pay off. I wish they make some more investment in real estate, that could lead to a good payout.

Annual report 2013

expansion of 12k spindles (current capacity 47k) will come online 3q fy2014

nwc/share 156

book valuve 376/share

again as with fasm, only SLIC is an institutional shareholder

fasm & btl can go for expansion unlike some other textile companies as they have excess power production capacity

large stock in  trade at year end should give good q1 results

We foresee even big challenges in the coming days because of unexpected and sudden
movements in cotton prices, rising energy costs, gas and power outages in winter. China has
been main importer of cotton yarn for last three years but due to slump in international market,
China's demand for yarn is very slow and the export sales price of yarn may be the lowest in
future. Due to low prices of yarn and substantial increase in cost of production, the future outlook
is very bleak and depressing
