look at the key ratios on page 7 of this report
http://www.centurypaper.com.pk/admin/upload/Century%20Report%202012.pdf

its EPS for the year ended June 2012 is 1.76 and presently it is being traded at above Rs. 25. Is there any reason for it? is it the book value or any other?????????

Seniors, kindly comment @space, poker face, 007, mak, qadir bhaiii any other please

1q2013 result is out
FINANCIAL RESULT FOR THE FIRST QUARTER ENDED 30/09/2012
PROFIT/LOSS BEFORE TAXATION RS. IN MILLION 285.456
PROFIT/LOSS AFTER TAXATION RS. IN MILLION 199.436
EPS = 1.43

its quite high, cepb will be trading at a multple of future earnings not trailing earnings
company has installed coal+biomas based boiler in 2012 which might have helped margins and resulted in good eps
I hate waking up.

EPS of 1.43 is about 50% more than the same quarter last year. So the expected EPS for the current year 2013 is about 2.65

why it  current price 26 in kse?????????????? seniors kindly comment

Look at its capital structure. 7 crore ordinary shares, 30 crore preference shares cumulative redeemable at par. other long and short loans of 4 billion rupees. now better cash flow has resulted in an increase in total market value of the company and you can deduct the value of fixed capitals such as preference, long and short loans and find that the value of ordinary share capital will be high.

I think, century paper has the potential to go to Rs.40 or 50 in one year time, due to 1st qrt results, seniors please advice your opinion. I am planing to take a position in this share. Please advice the entry price. I am looking for long-term position.
