I think it is disproportionate to KIBOR. As KIBOR is increasing, DCR value is decreasing

With increase in interest rates, price of fixed dividend shares is bound to come down

This will bounce back once discount rate starts to decreases probably next year.

Yes in case of reits the tax has been increased from 7.5% to 15%
and for non filers its increased from 15% to 30% for all stocks

No such thing was mentioned in the finance bill. What a deep shit this PTI govt. is ...

Isn't the WHT deducted on dividends for companies (like DCR) which distribute at least 90% of their profits and enjoy exemption from tax now 25%?

Turns out they're deducting tax @ 15% for filers and double (30%) for non-filers.

Bhai Still almost 12% yield. Higher than 10 Yr PIB. When interest rate decreases it will rally further. So you can lock in 12% stable dividend for long term.
