Don't Follow every 1 on this Forum. There are few names who are reliable else one has to do his own due diligence.

In accordance with Section 15D of the Securities & Exchange Commission
Ordinance, 1969 and Clause 5.19.13(c ) ( Code of Corporate Governance ) of the
KSE Rule Book, we hereby convey the following information:-
Clarification with respect to petition moved by Securities and Exchange of Pakistan
under section 305 read with section 309 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 read
with all other enabling provisions of law for winding up of respondent company (M/S
Service Fabrics Limited) is stated below:-
Company circulated material information vide its letter No SFL/PSX/160403 dated
May 06, 2016 through Pakistan Stock Exchange that Service Fabrics Limited has
completed the purchase of land, operating plant and machinery on May 06, 2016
from M/S Getti Agro (Pvt) Limited to switch its business towards FMCG. During the
first phase, the company will start production of Tomato Paste and fruit pulp. Tomato
paste is an input for ketchup, pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, lasagna sauce, curry
paste.
Further, company board has approved proposed amendments in the Memorandum
of Association and Articles of Association of the Company with regards to Change in
Name, Registered Office, Objects, and Authorized Capital of the Company in its
board meeting held at 10 am on May 11, 2016.
The position of the company is promising in subject petition and same is being
communicated at Court. We are hopeful that winding up petition will be dismissed at
first hearing at court in coming week. In the view of the above progress of company,
suspension of the trading is a set back to the efforts made by the company so far and
it is unjustified.

We are ignoring the defaults by the directors that caused the circumstances.
For the defaults by listed companies, SECP should find a  model of fair treatment, as the current mode of treatment hurts the shareholder while cause of problem is mismanagement by directors.SECP should devise heavy penalty system for directors as individuals, in stead of suspension of trading.
SECP did its job as per the rule books, but the solution in the book is unfair to the shareholders. Therefore, rule books are required to be amended.
Keep an open mind to new ideas. But, ALWAYS do your own homework and use common sense to figure out what's best in your situation.

suspension of trading IS fair
If the buyer didnt do their due diligence, whose fault is it ?
