Assets dispose off ker raha hy ! To pay the debt to financial institution which is around 2.5 b . Morover the co have the future plan for 225 mw lng plant ... Milta nahi yeh share

Has any one noticed...IMSL was cap on day when market was 2200 down on 1st June...afterwards also it showed resilience,,,,

I have heard a rumor that a big sugar Co. (may be JDWS..the giant in sugar which is Rs. 500 stock) is going to buy it ....deal is under way..

Can any body please share if has such news or reference / source? i fell if it happens...it may shoot like SML ...60-65 to ho he jaey may b?

may be book value is much higher than the current market rate

some companies were better off when not in operation
