Prospectus – Mughal Manufacturing Modaraba

July 11 - 12 is subscription date.
PKR 10/- is face value.

Well..good to pick up around 5000 Shares.. and sell them at first chance of profit as MUGHAL is is showing a declining trend. The last modaraba ORM isnt doing that well either..it is static at its face value of PKR10/-

MUGHAL MANUFACTURING MODARABA LIMITED (MMM): VIRTUE OF BEING MULTI-PURPOSE TO BENEFIT MODARABA

Tuesday, 03 July 2018

BY: ISMAIL IQBAL SECURITIES (PVT.) LIMITED

Mughal Manufacturing Modaraba (MMM) is scheduled to go for IPO on July 10-12, 2018. The certificates of MMM are being issued at par value of PKR 10/certificate, which is equivalent to its breakup value. Modaraba will be solely engaged in production and sale of steel products for which the management has already entered into an Ijarah agreement of ‘small section rolling mill’ for period of 10 years having an annual capacity of around 24k MT of T-Iron.
We like MMM because i) the management will be able to start operations within short span of time, ii) there’s a backlog of houses to be built due to a housing shortage, which is expected to drive demand for Girders and T-Iron, iii) MMM plans to sell its product through strong dealership network of MUGHAL as compared to other manufacturers, iv) the Modaraba has additional benefit and flexibility of using the mill for production of other steel products in-case demand for T-Iron changes, and v) there’s benefit associated with virtue of being multi-purpose Modaraba.
According to disclosures made in the briefing yesterday, the management plans to sell its product (T-Iron) through dealership network of an associated company (Mughal Iron and Steel Industries Limited), which bodes well for the Modaraba as MUGHAL itself is engaged in production and sale of Girders, which drives the demand for T-Iron. According to management and general practices, approximately 3 MT of T-Iron is used for every 1 MT use of Girders. Hence, we expect that the strong dealership network and absence of production of T-Iron by MUGHAL to benefit Modaraba going forward. Further, according to management, location of the plant is also beneficial to the company as it will save transportation costs associated in acquiring raw material.

MUGHAL MANUFACTURING MODARABA LIMITED (MMM): A PURE YIELD PLAY

Tuesday, 03 July 2018

BY: BIPL SECURITIES LIMITED

Mughal Manufacturing Modaraba is scheduled to offer 10mn certificates to general public on Jul 11, 2018 – Jul 12, 2018 at par value of PKR10/certificate.
The Modaraba company plans to take a re-rolling mill on Ijarah, for manufacturing and sale of T-iron with total operational capacity of 24k tpa.
The primary purpose of the issue is to finance working capital (raw material, manufacturing overheads and other expenses) requirements.
T-iron, being a prominent product in construction material, is primarily used in construction of housing roofs in rural areas and sheds in various industries.
