Can anyone please explain to me why this always stays so undervalued?

AKBL's Balance sheet growth is expected to take a break as Banks Leverage Ratio and CAR remain Low. They need to preserve Capital. AKBL may resort to issuing Rights Share in coming times.

The banks can improve CAR by issuing convertible perpetual tier II or I bonds like they did in 2019 and also by reducing high risk advances and moving it to T bills.

Equity is increasing through retention of profits. The bank retained 5.1B from 2019 profits and 5B from 2018 profits.

high cost deposits can also be reduced to improve CAR.

2020, the bank should make 7 to 8 billion again.
Top Pick: NBP, AKBL, AGIC
