Yaar duniyaa bandh pari hai, ham bandh paray hai, ek China khulla hai, tail giray jaraha hai, China ka undercutting power barhta jaa raha hai - Interest rate kahi tak bhi le aou, industries ki average wahi par aakar bethe gi - jab kaam hi nahi to interest rate cut ka kya faida - dollar exit hoga aur dollar jab 225 ka milayga saray interest rates overshadow ho jaeyge - khair dekhte hai kya nateejah nikalta hai in rate cuts ka. DOLLAR SPECULATION FOR Wednesday MORNING: LAO Rs. 167.50/-

Aur dhakka do Hot Money ko... Kya kar rahay hai, samajh se bahar hai...
Hot money nai khee nhe Jana, still interest rate higher side pr hai, business ka wheel chalai ga tu economy harkat mai aih gi. This decision and further reduction in interest rate is the way forward, gradually mazeed kame ayee gi aur Anne bhe chiah.

khuda ka khouf kro. Negative interest rates ki baat dunya mein chal rahi hai tou yahan tou phr bohot oupar hai.

Bhai maanta hu mai sabh, har cheez ka ek tareeka hota hai, ye shuru hi me 1.5% flat dede te aur ruk jatay - abh jessa inho nay two step faarmoola phekka haina - FDI ne kar dena hai panic, ye set kr dega aggression in momentum - jo paisa already bahar jaa raha tha abh tezzi se niklayga - kaam to hai hi nahi, koi loans apply nahi kar raha, historic 15% interest rate offer kar dete to kya hi baat ho jaati FDI ke liye, usd me koi 18 month ka binding period daal dete - khair mai ik samajdaar insaan hu - policy maker ki job ke liye foran reject ho jaounga... I hope you have noticed that oil is trading at $23/barrel currently. Half of your import bill is already gone. It will cushion any hot money outflow.

Wohi kar rahay hain ye log... Oil ka cushion de kar dollar ka phandda tight kar rahay hai - multiply 3rd world debt... Who knows what games they will play when economy is running at optimum capacity to make use of the cheaper oil... Until then even free oil is of no use. But there is good news - Pakistan is smack in the middle of globalisation agenda - foster child of both US and China - we will need creative enterprising individuals to come ahead, take risks and innovate - future is due in two years... we need entrepreneurs that put taxation and country first.

Interest Rate = - 2.25%
US $ = + 7.75%
Ab mai bata ta hu kya karna hai:
Interest Rate lein, ussai chaar hissoun me takseem kar dein, ek akhbaar le kar in tukron ko dhoop me sookhnay ke liye chor dein...
Doosri taraf, masaloun kou kuch saunf aur, sabut kaali mirch aur kutti hui laal mirch kay saath bhoon lein... Hazbay zaroorat tail lein uss me ye masaaloun ka mixture daalein aur jo interest rate kay tukray dhoop me sukhaey they sab daal kar achay se mix kar lein... Ik mitti kae banay bartan me ye sab daal kar uppar kapra bandh kar chor dein, kuchi hafton me ho jaeyga tayaar aap apna banaya Zubaida appa ki certified recipe wala Interest Rate ka achaar... Daal Chaawal ke saath khaaiye, maazay uraiye...
Khair, on a positive note, all is not lost, Oil is in oversupply - I recall someone once said oil will become cheaper than water - that time is nearing. If you factor in the drop in price of energy and transportation, we might get a same or perhaps less net average than before since it will only be the price of raw materials that is going to rise. (Potentially. We are standing on the brink of last inflationary cycle - if Deflation occurs, base price of raw materials too aught to come down. Dollar is required for trade so I will urge people not to buy up Dollars for hoarding, PKR is sufficiently strong, in a couple of years you can buy property or now you can look for creative ways to generate value in local economy as opposed to buy-hold-sell).
It will incentivize industrialism, investment in strengthening of circulation of locally produced goods and hence internal economy. A shift will occur where only necessary imported goods will be entering - the remainder will have to be produced locally - competition will lead to lower prices, and surplus,  surplus will lead to export. And Economic Stability. Out of this bottom we might be seeing a stable well regulated growth chart as opposed to cycles of boom and busts. Big picture is very very good.  :good Congratulations Pakistan, we are going to Africa(export)!

Inflation trajectory points towards further rate cuts: A steep fall in international
commodity prices (oil, crude palm oil, food items etc.) have paved the way for faster
reduction in Y/Y inflation readings. We expect Mar-20 NCPI to clock-in at 10.00% and first
single-digit reading of 9.2% in Apr-20. Continued reduction can create possibility of another
50-100bps cut in May-20 MPC. Leveraged sectors such as cement and steel are likely to
benefit from reduced rates going forward.
