Market reacts well to Amnesty scheme because it feels that money will be pumped in the economy but this amnesty scheme is going towards the same fate like previous amnesty schemes. The corrupt elite of this country are not willing to pay tax voluntarily ( Laaton kay bhoot batoon say nahi mantay), its good that government has provided a chance to these elements so that they cannot have an escape later on. i guess the time has come where government has to milk these Holy cows, the status quo will react with force against is but shall fail if this country is to survive. Thats why i say that stay away from Market for atleast 2 to 3 months and once all these elements fail then take entry in the market. Cements, Steel, Auto manufacturers and Pharmas are going to show the poorest results of their history this June and i agree with Farzooq bhai that market may touch 30,000 or even a 28,000 around August/ September. there is a fear of oversupply about oil so oil prices may also dip. Further the so called protest from opposition will create uncertainity for a month or so. In these circumstances, stay sidelined and invest when dust settles and all corrupt elements are taken to task, the time is very near for these elements, i think in 2 to 3 months we will get a golen opportunity to invest in PSX.

Its not about PTI or any party its about right and wrong, good and bad for the country. If powerful mafias are not eliminated and tax base is not broaden we are fast going towards default beacuse of 96 Billion dollar worth loans which were wasted by spending on useless projects like Metros to make money, obviously those who have ruled this country for the last 35 to 40 years are responsible.

Lambi taan kar soo jaoo.. In this Budget Govt is focusing on Debt Services .. Govt is not interested in development programs.
Bilkol aisay jaisay main aik single story makaan mai rehta hoon. Main nay ooper ke manzil bananay k liay kuch cements bags and blocks mangwai.. Idhar maal aya hee tha k puranay Qarazdar moo khool k kharay hogai.. Bataoo kaisay development karun ghar ki ??
Tata bye bye for Cements, Steel , Banking , Automobile sectors due to lack of development interest and woo kia kehtay hain urdu mai. Sadgi Kifayat Shuari..

Some brokerage houses fooled the investors by wrongly interpreting budget effects, people bought without thinking and now are trapped. As said earlier, the results by most of the companies will be disastrous plus June and July will be very tough for the market due to protest of lawyers and opposition. For cements the bad news is that Cartel has broken and now price war has started, Steel sector is almost dead due to lack of demand and very thin margins. Pharmas and Autos will post losses due to devaluation and hike in interest rates. Banks will feel the heat due to NPLs and Single Treasury account.

Only try to take entry around 30,000 or below.

Market is only supported artificially by National Bank and NAFA otherwise we would have seen even massive fall. Both NAFA and NBP have their limitations and they can provide artifical support for a limited period, so save your precious money, let the market comes to the levels where the currenct economic situation is priced in. Jahangir has provided good entry levels for few of the shares.

Salman bahi please confirm whether NBP/Nafa have received funds from govt ? i think its still in progress ?
